With the advent of full screen phones with the emergence of the Samsung Galaxy S8 and LG G6, smartphones have been able to move to a new era that enables them to maximize screen diameter without the need to increase phone rates and dimensions. More than a year after the phones appear, Huawei Honor Note 10 shows how important these new features are.
8.5/10 (Expert Score)
Features Huawei Honor Note 10:
Design Honor Note 10:
Huawei used reinforced aluminum in the manufacture of the phone structure with the use of glass in the front and back. From the front, the side edges of the screen almost disappear with the thickness of the upper and lower bays so clearly that only the bottom edge of the Huawei brand can be extended and the top edge barely extends to the call headphone, the front camera and the sensors.
The phone has a screen size of 6.95 inches at 18: 5: 9 to occupy about 81.5% of the front phone area, and has been manufactured from AMOLED chipset to offer a quality of 2220×1080 pixels with a resolution of 355 pixels per inch. In general, the Huawei Honor Note 10 is a powerful, high-performance screen, both text, and video.
Huawei Honor Note 10 supports the latest and most powerful Huawei processors, the HiSilicon Kirin 970 Octa-core processor. It is the same processor used in the latest Huawei phones such as Huawei P20 Pro and Huawei Honor 10, for example. It also integrates with the Mali-G72 MP12 graphics processor, one of the most powerful and popular graphics processors on Huawei’s phones. The most important feature of the phone is the new CPU Turbo technology, which combines with the recently announced GPU Turbo technology to collect all the power and resources of the phone and push it to the maximum strength to support the various powerful games.
Storage and Software Huawei Honor Note 10:
The phone is released in three different versions, two of them with 6 GB of RAM and 64 GB or 128 GB of internal storage. The third version has 8GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage. All versions share support for external memory cards up to 256 GB and are shared on the Android 8.1 (Oreo) operating system with the EMUI 8.2 user interface. The company did not mention the possibility of upgrading the phone operating system to the next Android operating system, although it is likely to upgrade the phone to the new system once it is officially launched.
We have not yet been able to test the Huawei Honor Note 10 camera, but the numbers confirm that the phone will be among the most powerful phones at the level of cameras.
The Huawei Honor Note 10 features a 16-megapixel rear camera with an f/1.8 sensor for the PDAF-powered main lens. The second monochrome lens is 24-megapixel with an f/1.8 sensor slot and is also supported by PDAF. The front camera is 13-megapixel with an f/2.0 sensor not supported by any exceptional technology.
Battery Honor Note 10:
Huawei Honor Note 10 has a very powerful 5000 mAh battery that supports fast charging. Although the glass is used in the manufacture of its body, it does not support wireless charging technology, a technology seen by many users and observers is useless.
